Getting iT
Prospera Services had been operating as an independent software consultant for a number of years. They provide advice and hands-on services to help businesses and charities choose and implement the best software and processes for their organisation, avoiding the overwhelm or simply lack of awareness of the capabilities of the software they use.
The director felt that the existing name was too vague, and didn’t say anything about what they do, so we carried out a rebrand to spell out exactly how they help people.
We worked with them to explore possible new names, concluding that ‘getting it’ perfectly encapsulated the company’s purpose.
Flipping the G into a question mark before transforming it into a lightbulb neatly illustrates the journey from confusion to enlightenment that customers go through when working with the consultant.
The question mark and lightbulb elements support the logo design as patterns and icons in digital and print material.
We also came up with a strapline ‘helping people and software click’, combining the action/metaphor double meaning of ‘click’ to reinforce the connection between using and understanding software.
We also gave the Getting iT logo design and branding a physical presence on business cards and branded pens.
